CANCELLATION POLICY

TARDY POLICY Please arrive on time. A $10 fee is required if 10 minutes late. Appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes and charged 100%. SOAK OFFS I do not infill others artist work. Please add a removal to your service as I will not have enough time for your appointment. Please come with bare nails, if failed to do appointment will be cancelled and charged 100%, if by any means i have availability I will take you in with an up charge of $20. DEPOSIT $15 Non-Refundble deposit required to book. Remaining balance due in exact cash, venmo, or 3.5% fee on card. RESCHEDULING You may reschedule your appointment with the same deposit once 48 hours before your appoinment, as long as there are available appointments. New deposit is required for rescheduling twice. CANCELLATIONS All cancellations must be no less than 24 hours of your appointment if failed to do so appoinment will be charged 100%. Any no-shows will result in service being charged 100%, new deposit required to book. No extra guest! By booking with me you agree to this policies.
